The Region II Student National Medical Association (SNMA) is excited to welcome you to our upcoming Regional Medical Education Conference (RMEC), hosted at Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the world’s first engineering-based college of medicine and home to the next generation of physician-innovators. At Carle Illinois, medicine lies at the intersection of innovation, equity, and human-centered design.
Join future physicians, residents, attendings, faculty, and partners for a weekend of hands-on workshops, dynamic panels, mentorship, and networking—each designed to engineer a more inclusive and forward-thinking future in healthcare. This year’s Region II RMEC, Equity Engineered: Designing a More Inclusive Future in Medicine, promises to be a milestone moment in advancing equity, inclusion, and innovation in medical education.
